How do I back up my data?

All the information of your Companies, Contacts, Consultants, Requirements, Calendar, Sent Mails will be stored in the the Access Database in a file cBizOne.mdb.   This file can be located in cbizdata folder under 'C:\Program Files\cBiz\cbizData' if you installed as standalone application.  If you set it up in a network environment it will under cbizdata folder on your network. Also you can check the path of cBizOne Data folder in Options window.

You need to back up the all the files and folders under the cbizdata folder, which also includes all the XML files and any customization files.

Note: We do recommend the backup at regular intervals so you will not lose your important information, incase if the database got corrupted or the hard disk got crashed.
