Import Resumes from Incoming Emails:

You can import resumes directly from an incoming Email attachment to the Consultant folder of cBizOne. You can import resumes from a single selected Email or a group of selected Emails.

To Import a Resume with single selected Email:

• Select the EMail, and then click Add to Button (cBizbar) and then select Add to Consultants.
• This will go through Import Resume Wizard.

To Import Resumes from a group of selected Emails:

• Select the EMails, and then click Add to Button (cBizbar) and then select Add to Consultants.
• This will process one email at a time.
• Extracts all the skills matching the Primary skills of the consultants in the LookUp Values. Also extracts Name, Phone Numbers, Email and Mailing address from the resume.
• Consultant window shows all the extracted information, make any necessary changes and click on Save and Close.
